Mar Lee Basketball Court Clean-Up Project
What to expect
This project will help clean up a basketball court to prep for a mural design later in the summer.
Here's some of the activities:
- Clean up the basketball court and general park area
- Create trail from sidewalk to basketball court
- Chalk art to envision what kind of mural you want to see on the court!
- Plant several shade trees
CYL will provide
- Water
- Snacks
- Hand sanitizer
- Work gloves if you need some
What to bring / wear
- Water bottle
- Wear sturdy shoes (close-toed shoes)
- Wear layers
- Sun protection including sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
- Work gloves if you have some
- Your signed waiver should be completed in advance and can be done here
- Bring a basketball if you have one!
There is not a bathroom on-site at the park so please be prepared. The closest bathroom is at Harvey Park.
