Collect native plant seed with the whole family
Bring the whole family out to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge to spend the morning learning and collecting varieties of native plant seed, enjoying the unique plants and wildlife the refuge, and maybe trying archery. Seed collections are easy activities that provide ample opportunity to explore a place at your own pace. The Refuge is easily accessible, located just outside of Denver, and is home to species including bison and black-footed ferrets.
