for a Mental Health Community Hike!

May 20th, 10am - 1pm

Join CYL's Virtual Changemaker chapter for an intentional community hike! Tag along to reconnect with nature, practice mindfulness, and engage with our community of young leaders by getting outside together. Expect to learn about different mental health coping strategies, spend some time practicing them, and have fun getting to know other CYLers! 

A note from the Virtual Chapter: "Our goal is to connect with other teenagers and practice mindfulness to improve mental health. We believe that spending time in nature and connecting with like-minded individuals can have a significant impact on mental health, and we want to provide an opportunity for young people to do just that!"
