JOIN AURORA SISTER CITIES PACKAGING FLOWERS FOR SENIORS AT THE FLOWER POWER EVENT

Flower Power is a metro-wide project initiated and led by the Arvada Rotary Club. The potted flowers (6,000-7,000 plants) that are used in Landscape displays at the Colorado Home and Garden Show are packed up at the end of the show and distributed to nursing homes in the metro area.

Volunteers are needed at the end of the show to help put together/taping the boxes and then once the show is closed the volunteers pack up boxes with 8 flowers per box and move them to semi-trucks. 

This event is on Sunday, February 12, 2023.

If you are joining from Aurora: We will plan to meet at a light Rail station in central Aurora around 2:00 P.M and Aurora Sister Cities will cover the cost of the light rail.
