Redefining Leadership Workshop

What is "leadership" and how does it really show up in your world? This workshop is designed to help you find your own definition of what leadership is and how it can help you step into a new idea of identifying your strengths and how to show up in the world around you.

From Miik: In this workshop, we'll "InnerActively" explore how these questions and answers happen within YOU, where your definitions live.

What IS "Leadership"?
How DOES "Leadership" work?
Are YOU a "Leader"?
What KIND of "Leader" are YOU?
Where are you "Leading" OTHERS?
Where are you "Leading" yourSELF?

I will facilitate us through an orientation, a self-perspective practice, and an integrative conversation for us to engage this dense topic, concept, and skill.

Bring something to document your learnings on and with (paper/pen/etc). Bring a snack and something to sip on, too.

I deeply appreciate y'all choosing to share your time and yourself with me.
