To celebrate Earth Day, the Central and Southwest Denver Chapters invite you to join their project to paint rocks and support your mental health. Painting rocks has so many mental health and community benefits! Not only does painting boost your mood and relieve stress, when you see rocks in your community, it also helps build community connection.
All supplies including rocks and paint are provided for you, but you're welcome to bring your own!
This opportunity is part of a large-scale tree-planting activity and if you'd like to join us for tree planting, please sign up here.
