This is a three-part series. You are welcome to join just one or participate in all three. Forums take place three consecutive Wednesday’s from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM MT

Forum Goals
- Experience greater human connection in a time of social distancing
- Learn about the role a social contract plays in establishing culture and expectations for how a community communicates with one another
- Introduction to community-building circles
- Discover and practice listening and leadership skills

- Think more critically about how to convert your values into action
- Gain exposure to mindful practices and stress coping techniques
- Think more critically about your role as a citizen in society
