Rhyolite Dirt Bike Course Trail Maintenance
Join Colorado Young Leaders for an evening of service and outdoor adventure at Rhyolite Regional Park in Castle Rock!
Volunteers will help maintain and improve the trails at the Rhyolite Dirt Bike Course while spending time together outside and enjoying the bike park.
When: Tuesday, July 14
Optional Riding Time: Meet at 4:00 pm
Service Project: 5:00–6:30 pm
Location: Rhyolite Dirt Bike Course at Rhyolite Regional Park 1701 Crystal Valley Pkwy Castle Rock, CO 80104
What We’ll Do: Volunteers will work together on trail maintenance projects to help keep the bike course safe, clean, and enjoyable for the community.
Tasks may include:
- Trail maintenance and cleanup
- Moving and organizing tools and supplies
- Assisting with general upkeep around the bike course
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for outdoor work
- Closed-toe shoes
- Water bottle
- Bike (optional if you would like to ride before or after the project)
- Gloves, tools, and project supplies will be provided.
Optional Adventure Activity: Students are invited to ride the bike park together before and after the service project for additional community and adventure time, and to see how many hands can make a difference.
