Volunteer with Denver Urban Gardens: Shed Clean-Up & Tool Organization Day
Help us reset the garden shed for the season!
This workday focuses on organizing, cleaning, and assessing the tools and materials that support our community garden.
Activities will include:
- Organizing the shed and creating clear storage areas
- Cleaning and maintaining hand tools
- Assessing tools and equipment for keep, donate, or discard
- Sorting and organizing trellis materials and hardware
- Cleaning and tidying the area around the shed
- This project helps make the garden safer, more efficient, and easier for everyone to use throughout the season.
- No special skills are required—just a willingness to sort, clean, and problem-solve as a team.
What to bring: work gloves, water, and closed-toe shoes
Good to know: light lifting, bending, and standing involved
There are no restrooms or running water on site.
