Description

Mindfulness isn't limited to meditation, but it's a great place to start. Meditation is both a skill and an experience that can impact your overall health and happiness.

Just like music, meditation can be enjoyed on its own or with others who dance to the same beat. You can feel a real connection with others by tapping into the same silence and source of peace at the same time. 

Join our CYL community for this 30 minute mindful meditation.

This event is open to any of our community members who would like to join us.

This guided meditation will be led by our Southwest Summit Guide, Gabor. Gabor is also a meditation, mindfulness, and yoga practitioner for Asiloyoga.
