DoSomething.org just launched The Wavemakers— a new program where you can take real action for your community and local waterways and tell the story of what you see.
You’ve got a few ways to jump in:
Option 1: Join a local Street Sweep (community clean-up)
Show up to a clean-up near you and make an impact.

Option 2: Organize your own Street Sweep
Want to lead it? Invite friends, classmates, family, neighbors — anyone.

Option 3: “Ripple Effect” PSA (creative challenge)
Create a short Public Service Announcement (PSA) about litter and water pollution — based on what you notice during clean-ups or just around your community.
