Apply for Colorado Rising's Youth Advisory Committee!
YAC centers youth from communities historically left out of the environmental movement, but all youth are welcome!
As a member, you’ll earn a stipend to help lead projects, co-create campaigns, build community, and push for climate solutions that are fair and rooted in justice. You’ll have a direct say in how we engage youth, fight for environmental justice, and create systemic change.
This is an inclusive space to grow your skills, share your voice, and work alongside other youth who care about the Earth, climate justice, and their communities.
This month’s sessions are on Feb 15th from 12–3 PM & Youth Climate Lobby Day!
Details:
- Experiential Learning Project for Denver Public Schools Seal of Climate Literacy
- Meets once a month, in person, on the 3rd Sunday (February–December)
- Open to youth ages 12–18 living in or near Denver, CO
