Action Center’s goal is to provide clients with a continuum of services to meet their current needs and become self-sufficient.
What We Do
READY TO VOLUNTEER?
Are you an adult who will be volunteering with us one-time?
Are you 15 – 17 years old and volunteering without your parents?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, then please be sure to print out the Liability Release & Confidentiality Agreement, review and sign it (and have a parent/guardian sign it if you’re under 18).
Don’t Forget! Please, bring it with you to your volunteer shift.
If you are an ongoing volunteer, you will sign this form and a few others during orientation!
