During this town hall, youth’s voices and experiences of punitive responses to nicotine use in schools will be uplifted. Additionally, we will explore from youth’s perspective how responses to vaping is impacting school climate, and perceptions of safety.
We will close with ideas that youth have for addressing nicotine and tobacco use in the school environment.
This event is being hosted in collaboration between YAASPA and the UpRISE Youth Movement.
