Description

* INDEPENDENT OPPORTUNITY *

This opportunity is offered to you through the CYL nonprofit partner network, by our partner Denver Urban Gardens at various farm and garden locations! Urban agriculture is part of the long-term solution to food insecurity. Because these events are hosted by DUG, a CYL STAFF MEMBER WILL NOT BE ON SITE for these events.

Support Food Forests and Community Gardens

led by Denver Urban Gardens

DUG currently operates 190+ community gardens, creating spaces where people come together in pursuit of growing organic food while becoming more connected with the earth and each other. Our volunteers play such a valuable role in cultivating our gardens, and we couldn’t do it without you! DUG will provide all the instructions, materials, and training needed to ensure you have a successful day.

We have so many exciting ways to plug into our community gardens and food forests sites.

DUG couldn’t do their work without you and they are always grateful to be growing alongside you.

No age restrictions, but if you are under 18 then we ask that students and parents sign this waiver: https://form.jotform.com/220727994076163.
