Come learn about Volunteering with Reading Partners
Reading Partners Colorado is a children's literacy nonprofit addressing the literacy crisis in our nation. Reading Partners pairs community volunteers and elementary school students who are behind in grade level literacy skills, to provide individualized instruction with measurable results. Using step-by-step curriculum instruction, volunteers empower and build confidence in Reading Partners students in as little as one hour per week. Interested community members can review the local partner school locations or sign up for a tutor orientation to impact the Reading Partners mission.
No experience is required to become a tutor!
CYL information session: Reading Partners is looking for volunteers for as little as one hour per week! You're invited to attend an information session on Tuesday, October 18th from 6:00-7:00pm to learn more.
During this session we will discuss the Reading Partners program, the students we work with, and how you can get involved and make an impact in your community. No experience is necessary and this opportunity looks great when building a resume.
