What you’ll do in the Leadership Circle
Session 1: Lead Lab
Build leadership skills in a collaborative virtual session centered around our topic for the month. These interactive sessions ground us in inclusive community engagement strategies and prepare us to engage with community issues and organizations addressing them.

Session 2: Cause Connect
Hear from community leaders and organizations doing the work. You’ll learn what’s happening in our community and how getting involved can make a real difference for you and others.
This session, we will hear from folks who work directly in policy and legislation. We will explore the impact of your engagement in our civic systems.
Session 3: Impact in Action
Get out into the community and serve with a local organization. You’ll experience how taking action, working with others, and giving back can build connection, purpose, and positive mental health for youth and the communities we’re part of.
