Participants will meet at the trailhead at 7:00 a.m. for a full day of challenge, encouragement, mountain views, and community as we take on Colorado’s famous Decalibron Loop together. The Decalibron is more than just a hike for CYL—it’s a symbol of the leadership journey. Just like life, the trail includes steep climbs, moments of doubt, breakthrough victories, and the support of people around you helping every step of the way. Over the years, this experience has become a powerful tradition within Colorado Young Leaders, encouraging students to step outside their comfort zones, discover resilience, and realize they are capable of more than they imagined.
