CYL's Youth Advisory Board plays a crucial role in programming, strategic plans, and recruitment. YAB helps CYL staff with its goals around diversity, equity, inclusion, and access to programming. YAB works directly with the Program Director to:
- Implement service and leadership opportunities throughout the school year
- Provide strategic vision to celebrate CYL's 10-year plan and to increase engagement and opportunities for CYL's 500+ registered students
- Co-create and support leadership curriculum and program development

YAB Member Benefits
As a member of CYL’s YAB, you will be able to connect with Young Leaders from other CYL Chapters and strengthen relationships between schools and areas within the Denver Metro area.
