HRCA is hiring for camp counselor positions at Camp Backcountry in Highlands Ranch. Looking for people (18+) who want to spend their summer teaching kids in nature. No childcare experience is required. It’s M-F, with no weekends, and pay from $15-$28/hour.
Our full-time staff works to mentor our summer staff in skills like planning, behavior management, group dynamics, and communication.
