Looking for a Safe Space in the Northeast Region?
A message from our partner, Environmental Learning for Kids (ELK):
"In light of certain events in our community, please feel free to reach out to any ELK staff with any concerns. We want to provide a safe space for all of our students and participants to be vulnerable and just let out anything you need to get off your chest. Whether you attend regularly or every once in a while, we are here to listen to any of your concerns, worries, issues, and help you grieve, if needed. If you just need a safe space to grieve on your own, stop by the Education Center anytime. We are here for you and care for you. If there's anything else we can do for you, reach out to anyone one of us.
Here is my number if needed - Verenice 720-335-7684
Sincerely,
Juan, Kim, Kristina, Paul, Sean, Emily, Dennis, Sam, Jake, Damian, Lauren, Buffy & Verenice

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers Delta Counseling & Wellness LLC 303-416-6492 www.deltacounselingandwellness.com Through my private practice (Delta Counseling & Wellness LLC) I primarily provide individual telehealth therapy for adolescents and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, stress, and burnout related to school and other life domains. I accept some insurance plans (Cigna, Optum/United, and Aetna plans) and additionally provide therapy for adults in care-providing roles (think adults who are guardians/parents or who work in fields that serve youth). If folks are interested in starting therapy, they can call my business line at (303) 416-6492, email me at nancy.vargas.lcsw@deltacounselingandwellness.com or visit my website at www.deltacounselingandwellness.com to request a free 15-minute phone consultation. Outside of individual therapy, I'd like to start providing training and workshops for individuals who work with teens to support adolescent mental health and social-emotional development. I also love connecting with youth on mental health advocacy and thought-partnering on community-based or school-based projects! |
